Prospective contributors are invited to submit a paper (paper length: see below) with color images in the conference style.
All submissions will be double-blind reviewed. Accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and appear in the proceedings.
Authors should obtain the author's package (including LaTeX style-file)
and an optional powerpoint template here:
The author's package provides complete information concerning the submission process. For submitting posters please send an extended abstract (up to 2 pages) describing the content of the poster.
A talk durates 15 minutes and is split up into 10 minutes presentation and up to 5 minutes questions.
Submission Guidelines for Papers
Please follow the guidelines and the template format when preparing your ready-to-print paper:
- Paper submissions should be made through the electronic submissions system that will be available soon on this website. For submission and acceptance dates, see Important Dates.
- The contribution must be written in English.
- Papers must report previously unpublished work and not be submitted concurrently to another conference with refereed proceedings. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
- Recommended paper length 8 pages, maximum length 10 pages (including references and figures).
- All papers are to be printed in color
- Each paper should start with an abstract of about 100-150 words
- All contributions must be formatted in two columns
- The submissions should be prepared for a double-blind review
- Additional materials such as videos are to be sent to the email-adress vmv2009@tnt.uni-hannover.de.
The ID of the corresponding submission is to be included in the subject of the email as well as in the name of each attached additional file.
